Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PhotoBook (“we”) collect, use, and share personal data on this site, under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, 1981 (including Amendment 13) and related rules.
1. Who is responsible
The controller is PhotoBook. For privacy requests, use the email and phone shown on this site (this page and the footer).

2. What data we collect
We collect personal data only at these points on the site:
- Download form: name, email, phone (optional), and marketing consent if you check the box.
- Footer newsletter: email and marketing consent — only if you choose yes.
- Account registration: name, email, password, phone (optional), and marketing preference.
- Album or calendar order: contact details, notes, and the photos you upload for production.
3. Why we use the data
We use data to provide the download, manage print orders, share order updates, and send marketing only with your clear consent. Photos are used only to design and produce the product you ordered.
4. Required vs optional
Name and email are required for download and orders; without them we can’t complete the action. Phone and marketing consent are optional. Declining required fields blocks download or ordering; declining marketing does not affect the core service.
5. Processors and transfers abroad
Data is processed by service providers for data processing, file storage, email delivery, and site hosting (including outside Israel / in the EEA). Transfers outside Israel may occur; DPAs with vendors are signed as needed.
6. How long we keep data
Download leads: kept for support and consented marketing; planned purge after about 24 months of inactivity (manual admin). Order photos: planned deletion about 90 days after delivery or completion. Footer subscribers who choose no are not stored. Accounts: until you ask us to delete them.
7. Your rights (§13–§14)
You may access, correct, or delete personal data. Contact support or use the account page (deletion instructions). We respond within a reasonable time. Marketing emails include a one-click unsubscribe link.
8. Cookies and local storage
The site may use local or session storage for language and secure sign-in. No third-party ad trackers are embedded as of this update.
9. Minors
The service is not aimed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their data; if we find any, we delete it.
10. Contact
For privacy questions, use the support email and phone shown on the site.
